Accessibility Policy
Our Commitment
We consider making digital content accessible to everyone as a fundamental responsibility. In order to ensure that individuals with disabilities, elderly users or people experiencing temporary limitations can access the information and services on our website equally, we internalize accessibility standards and aim for continuous improvement in this area. Our goal is to ensure that individuals with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive differences can access our content without encountering any barriers. In this regard, our entire software infrastructure, content management system and technical structure have been designed according to the principle of inclusiveness.
Our Accessibility Standards
All sections of our website aim to meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 AA level criteria. These standards cover many criteria, from the readability of texts to the ability to control user interface components with a keyboard. All content is structured to be compatible with screen reader software, and interactive areas such as forms, menus and buttons are labeled to make them meaningful. Sufficient contrast levels are provided for users with visual differences such as color blindness, and font sizes are made dynamically scalable.
Our Implementation Examples
We have implemented various software and design solutions that support accessibility. These include:
Adding descriptive alternative texts to visual content
Ensuring that all functions can be used with the keyboard only
Screen reader-friendly configurations on mobile devices
Clear and accessible labeling of form fields
Providing contrast ratios at a minimum level of 4.5:1
Allowing animations or transition effects to be disabled according to user preferences
In addition, our document formats such as PDFs are prepared in accordance with accessibility principles, and all our new page designs undergo accessibility testing.
Our Continuous Improvement Policy
Accessibility is not a one-time action, but a process that must be continuously monitored and improved. Therefore, our accessibility policy is reviewed at least twice a year. Our technical teams analyze the current user experience and create improvement plans by taking global accessibility reports into consideration.
Accessibility in Our Corporate Culture
Accessibility is not only a technical requirement, but also one of the cornerstones of our corporate culture. We regularly conduct training sessions and workshops to raise accessibility awareness among all our employees. Inclusiveness is regarded as a part of our service quality.
