The health and safety of our employees is our priority. We carry out all our activities with the goal of zero occupational accidents and zero occupational diseases. In order to make the occupational health and safety (OHS) culture an integral part of our organization, we adopt a proactive management approach. While ensuring full compliance with legal regulations and international standards, we continuously improve our internal procedures and provide the highest level of workplace safety environment.

As management, we provide an open communication environment for personnel at every level and evaluate suggestions that will improve safety.

In addition, all our employees are provided with OHS training appropriate to their duties. Training includes practical applications as well as theoretical knowledge. In this way, our employees can recognize possible hazards in advance and respond quickly and correctly when necessary.

In order to continuously improve our occupational health and safety performance, we carry out regular internal audits, risk analyses and performance measurements. Corrective and preventive action plans are created for each identified nonconformity and improvement area. The effectiveness of our policy is analyzed through management review meetings, and targets are redefined.
