Our Corporate Approach

We aim to create social benefit in all areas where we operate. Sustainable development, environmental awareness, ethical business conduct and our social responsibilities are an integral part of the way we do business. Our social responsibility policy is shaped by considering our impact on our stakeholders, employees, society and the environment. Within this scope, we carry out activities in line with the principles of transparency, accountability, respect for ethical values and contribution to society.

Contribution to Society

We actively support projects that contribute to social development. In order to increase access to education, support young talents and encourage specialization in technical fields, we establish collaborations with universities and organize seminars and workshops. We also develop policies that support women’s employment and professional diversity.

Establishing sustainable relationships with local communities, increasing social solidarity and reaching disadvantaged groups are also among our priorities. We continue to create social benefit through sponsorships, donations, volunteering and social campaigns.

Environmental Responsibility

Ethical Principles and Human Rights

Respect for human rights, justice and equality form the foundation of our social responsibility policy. We treat all individuals equally without discrimination and support policies that protect and improve employee rights. We apply a zero-tolerance policy against unethical practices such as child labor, forced labor and mobbing.

We expect all our business partners in our supply chain to demonstrate the same ethical and human rights-sensitive approach. Ethical rules of conduct are our fundamental reference in all our business relationships.

Employee Volunteering and Participation

We support our employees’ voluntary participation in social responsibility projects. We encourage our employees to take an active role in many areas such as volunteer-based social aid campaigns, environmental cleaning events and educational activities. In this way, we bring individual awareness together with our corporate values.

The effectiveness of our policy is analyzed through annual social impact assessments, and updates are made when necessary. All relevant employees are informed about this policy and actively participate in its implementation.
